Key Responsibilities

Recording health details of residents including vitals & temperature
Administering medications and injections as needed
Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (if required)
Assisting residents with dressing and personal hygiene
Monitoring residents' food and liquid intake and output

Required Qualifications

Valid LPN license
Must be in good standing with State Registry
Ability to work as a team member
