Job Description
Join Boeing as an AOG Manufacturing Planner and play a key role in returning grounded aircraft to service. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define repair plans and configurations, while enhancing your knowledge of aircraft systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develops, implements and maintains various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions and illustrations
Assists with development and integration of suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology
Assists in reviewing supplier data to ensure manufacturing related requirements are met
Identifies tooling requirements and initiates tooling orders
Assists in tooling dispositions and resolves manufacturing related issues
Assists with producibility assessments for part or product designs
Develops work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments
Assists in the review, maintenance and monitoring of internal documents
Works under general supervision
Required Qualifications
Familiarity with systems & test commodities and/or manufacturing processes
Experience with CMES application
Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Ability to provide shipside support to resolve production issues
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to apply existing skills, learn post-production repair planning and contribute with minimum supervision
Previous or current experience with PDM/CaPP
Experience with build plans and workarounds
Experience with any and all aircraft commodities (Structures, Electrical, Tubing, Interiors, Etc.)
