Key Responsibilities
Manage Total Joint Replacement (TJR) patients throughout their care episodes
Lead performance improvement teams to optimize patient and provider satisfaction
Support successful Alternative Payment Model (APM) participation and Center of Excellence designation
Navigate TJR patients through all phases of the care pathway
Ensure quality and cost benchmarks are achieved
Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited RN program
Washington Registered Nurse License
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
2 years recent clinical experience in acute and ambulatory care orthopedics settings
Professional Orthopedic specialty certification (or equivalent) required within 2 years of hire date
Preferred Qualifications
Case management experience
Proven working relationship with physicians and clinic personnel
Proven leadership and change initiative experience
Experience in education program development and presentation
Current knowledge of alternative payment models
