Key Responsibilities
Carries a caseload of residents and provides services
Completes client assessments and evaluates clients' functioning
Practices person-centered service planning
Provides individual and family counseling

Participates in team processes and documentation
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work
LMSW or LCSW certification preferred
Minimum of 1-year experience in Human Services
Experience working with individuals living with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or trauma
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with working in Windows environment
Willingness to work with individuals with experiences of mental illness and substance use
