Travel Med Surg RN
Location: Kirksville, MO
Start Date: 10/20
Duration: 13 weeks

Shift:

• Nights, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

• Weekends required

Requirements:

• Current RN license

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications

• Minimum 1 year of Med Surg experience

• Proficiency in:

  • PIV starts and port access/de-access

  • NG tube management

  • Chest tube care

  • Foley catheter care

  • Wound care

  • Care of patients with PICC lines and venous access ports

Unit Details:

• 21-bed Med Surg unit

• Patient ratios: 1:5–7 (depending on acuity)

• EMR: MedHost

Role Overview:
