Position Overview

Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Surgery Center is seeking an experienced OR Circulating RN to join their high-performing surgical team. This outpatient surgery center supports a wide range of specialties including Urology, Orthopedics, Pain Management, ENT, GYN, Colorectal, and General Surgery , offering nurses the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

This role is perfect for a positive, team-focused RN who thrives in fast-paced OR settings and enjoys predictable weekday hours. No nights, weekends, holidays, or call—just consistent scheduling and a supportive team culture.

 

Compensation

• Pay Rate: $53.00/hr- $55.00/hr
• OT/Call Back: 1.5x

• On-Call Rate: $10.00 (though no call is required)

   

Schedule

• Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (8.5 hours)
• Days: Monday–Friday
• No nights, weekends, holidays, or call
• Late-stay rotation as needed
• Scrubs not provided

Requirements

• Active Texas RN License
• BLS (AHA)
• Background Check
• Driver’s License
• Tuberculosis Screening
• OR/Circulating RN Skills Assessment
