Key Responsibilities
Perform consultation/exams including medical history and physical exams
Take and review X-rays/CLA scans
Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications
Provide chiropractic care and adjustments using various techniques
Document and chart patient notes accurately
Collaborate with other staff for comprehensive patient care
Follow up with patients to ensure treatment goals are met
Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
Active Chiropractic license in IL
Preferred Qualifications
Interest in working with patients of all ages
Willingness to be trained
