Key Responsibilities
Perform clinical support duties under the supervision of a licensed practitioner
Assist in providing patient care to assigned patients
Obtain vital signs, administer injections, and medication administration
Perform duties in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school with hands-on training in a clinical setting for medical assistants
Washington Medical Assistant Certification upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
Minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant
6 months healthcare experience
6 months Medical Assistant experience
Preferred Qualifications
National Medical Assistant Certification upon hire
Coursework/Training: Medical Assistant, Medical Office Assistant, Medical Secretary or Health Unit Coordinator/Clerk
