Board Certified - Otorhinolaryngology (ENT)

Job Details:
• Serve as Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT), providing visionary leadership for a growing division• Oversee clinical, academic, and administrative operations for the ENT department• Deliver personalized, high-quality patient care focused on minimally invasive surgical techniques• Collaborate across departments to foster interdisciplinary cancer care with The Cleveland Clinic• Drive innovation using 5 Da Vinci Xi robotic platforms• Lead and mentor a team of 4 board-certified surgeons and 2 advanced practice providers• Develop and implement research and educational initiatives in partnership with Drexel University• Engage in community outreach to expand healthcare access and reduce disparities• Cultivate a skilled, diverse surgical team with a commitment to workforce development• Enjoy robust surgical volume and guaranteed OR block time from day one• Participate in a manageable 1:4 call schedule supported by APPs and hospitalist team• Must be currently Board Certified in ENT (Board Eligible candidates within 5 years also considered)• Prior clinical experience beyond training is required (not open to new graduates)• Must have or be willing to obtain active NJ medical license, BLS, ACLS, DEA, and CSR/CDS certifications

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
