Key Responsibilities
Process existing customer orders in a timely manner
Build productive relationships with customers
Assist with onboarding of new customers
Ensure timely response to customer inquiries
Provide product quotes independently
Perform order management
Increase customer retention
Sell excess or secondary inventory items
Troubleshoot with internal teams
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Proficient in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to learn proprietary programs
Valid U.S. driver's license

Bachelor's degree
