Job Description
As a Training Specialist at DriveTime, you'll lead and deliver engaging training programs to enhance employee development, ensuring a positive and impactful learning experience. You'll collaborate with various departments to support Bridgecrest-specific training initiatives and drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitating training sessions on various topics
Delivering interactive and engaging training sessions
Promoting an inclusive learning environment
Overseeing delivery of topics including compliance and computer training
Integrating company branding and values into training
Providing coaching and feedback to employees
Leading orientation and onboarding for new employees
Performing other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development
1+ years' experience in training, coaching or development of others
Demonstrated ability to engage people in a training session
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
Demonstrated progressive leadership and management skills
Experience in employee and organizational development
