Join Stratton Mountain as a Seasonal Restaurant Manager, where you'll lead daily operations of a high-volume restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while fostering a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to ensure guest and employee satisfaction
Support direct reports in all operational roles
Manage revenue, labor, and COGS
Coordinate booked entertainment and ensure proper accommodations
Maintain food and beverage menus and promotional materials
Manage timecards and payroll adherence
Conduct monthly audits for compliance
Create weekly schedules based on business levels
Ensure equipment and facility maintenance
Perform inventory counts and manage cost center transfers
Recruit, coach, and support team members
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years leadership experience managing high volume restaurant/bar
Bartending and serving experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Food Handler's Certification
Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a Host/Hostess using OpenTable
Experience managing waitlists/reservations
Experience as a Food Expeditor
