Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance to buyers for sourcing and executing acquisitions
Assist sellers with continuity and exit planning
Help prospective buyers source acquisition opportunities
Offer advanced expertise on exit planning and business value growth
Deliver presentations and workshops for advisors
Build a comprehensive business toolkit for advisors
Partner with Society Concierge Consultants for practice management needs
Support the Business Development team’s practice management coaching programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
8+ years’ experience in financial services or serving small business owners
3+ years of experience working with financial advisors
Willingness to travel approximately 10-20% of the time
Ability to pass a non-registered fingerprinted background check
Preferred Qualifications
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
2+ years of experience in acquisition or succession planning
Deep understanding of issues facing financial advisors as small business owners
Advanced expertise in practice acquisitions and succession planning
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Strong presentation skills in both live and virtual formats
Team player who is comfortable working independently
Preference for fast-paced, high-demand environments
