Job Description

The General Manager will oversee operations in Phoenix, Arizona, ensuring safe, reliable service and employee management while driving financial performance. This role involves strategic planning, compliance oversight, and fostering community relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Completion of a four-year college degree in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience managing a fixed route or paratransit bus operation
  • Knowledge of relevant federal and state employment laws
  • Thorough knowledge of transit system regulations and operations
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation or related field
  • Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of transportation technology and apps
