Key Responsibilities
Deliver quality treatment programs to patients
Evaluate physical status and functional abilities of patients
Develop and implement treatment plans
Provide documentation and patient handouts
Maintain professional competency and participate in continuing education
Demonstrate time management and productivity standards
Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team
Required Qualifications
2 years of hand/upper extremity experience
Graduate of accredited program in Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapist License (in the state where care is provided)
Basic Life Support within 2 months of hire
Automated External Defibrillator
National Provider Identifier required at hire
Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology
Basic to moderate computer skills to complete documentation
Preferred Qualifications
CPR certification
Orthopedic skills
Group dynamics
Knowledge of patient assessment and treatment specific to patient load
