Job Description
Join William Charles Construction as a Construction Project Manager overseeing high voltage electrical projects in the clean energy sector. Lead all phases of project management while ensuring adherence to budget and schedule, with extensive travel opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Establish site-specific safety requirements
Create a Project Execution Plan
Monitor and report financials including cost and revenue projections
Manage procurement of materials and subcontracts
Submit monthly cost to complete projections
Conduct pre-construction planning
Review and procure necessary permits
Maintain project documentation
Communicate with contracting parties and owner’s representatives
Manage project closeout
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
3 to 5 years of Medium/High Voltage substation and transmission line construction industry experience (for Project Manager I)
5+ years of Medium/High Voltage substation and transmission line construction industry experience (for Project Manager II)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Experience with Project Management systems such as Procore, Build2Win, MS Project and/or P6, and HCSS
