Job Description
As a Cable Technician at DISH, you'll receive paid training to install and service smart home technology while ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. Your role is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience and opens doors for career growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Visit customers' homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products
Educate customers on technology usage and offer additional services
Maintain a clean work area and professional attitude while working independently
Required Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License with a clean record
Schedule Flexibility for evenings, weekends, or holidays
Physical Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 70 lbs
Customer Focus to build trust and create great experiences
Problem-Solving skills to tackle challenges on the spot
Determination to work in tight spaces and various weather conditions
