Job Description
Join Good Samaritan as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Long Term Care, providing essential nursing care to residents while working in a supportive Christian environment. Your expertise will ensure the health and safety of residents and contribute to their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care for residents
Administer medications or treatments as ordered
Document resident interactions and outcomes
Counsel residents and family members on prevention and treatment plans
Work as part of an interdisciplinary care team
Required Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
Currently holds an unencumbered LPN license
Minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN or supervised clinical experience
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree in practical nursing
IV therapy/management skills
