Key Responsibilities
Manage and provide skilled occupational therapy to patients with diverse diagnoses and disabilities
Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
Provide professional consultations tailored to individual needs
Maximize patient independence in accordance with their functional level and potential
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or equivalent educ/experience
Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Preferred Qualifications
Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training
