Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate staffing and day-to-day operations of the practice
  • Ensure optimal operating efficiency, clinician productivity, and patient satisfaction
  • Conduct regular staff communication activities
  • Orient new employees and train staff as directed
  • Manage staff work schedules and PTO requests
  • Participate in new staff selection and performance management
  • Oversee front office processes and compliance with corporate changes
  • Support the care team and patients with administrative tasks
  • Assist in handling patient complaints

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 3+ years of medical office experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of team leadership, supervisory and/or management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field
  • Experience working with Epic
  • Experience in a primary care setting
  • Experience with patient financial and scheduling systems
  • Intermediate level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
