Key Responsibilities
Coordinate staffing and day-to-day operations of the practice
Ensure optimal operating efficiency, clinician productivity, and patient satisfaction
Conduct regular staff communication activities
Orient new employees and train staff as directed
Manage staff work schedules and PTO requests
Participate in new staff selection and performance management
Oversee front office processes and compliance with corporate changes
Support the care team and patients with administrative tasks
Assist in handling patient complaints
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
3+ years of medical office experience
2+ years of customer service experience
1+ years of team leadership, supervisory and/or management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field
Experience working with Epic
Experience in a primary care setting
Experience with patient financial and scheduling systems
Intermediate level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong written and oral communication skills
