Key Responsibilities
Implement innovative strategies to enhance clinical outcomes and operational efficiency
Manage and achieve regional EBITDA targets and develop annual budgets
Refine workflows to optimize efficiency and service quality
Inspire and mentor leadership teams and enhance employee engagement
Build strong relationships with funding agencies and ensure exceptional client care
Expand service offerings and identify new revenue streams
Act as liaison between regional operations and the executive team
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
Active BCBA Certification required
Minimum of 5-7 years of proven leadership experience in clinical and operations management
