Deep functional expertise and IP development
Recognized as a trusted advisor to senior executives
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Industry expertise in customer service operations
Preferred Qualifications
Consulting experience
Advanced degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Computer Engineering, Business Administration
