Key Responsibilities
Review and process address changes and tax forms
Match data entries with new hire documents for accuracy
Run new hire and termination reports for completeness
Review timesheets for new hire and termination hours
Field telephone calls and provide payroll information
Resolve payroll discrepancies
Run and submit Social Security verification reports
Handle employees' Department of Labor Wage inquiries
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Associate's Degree
3+ years of experience in payroll or accounting
Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel
Experience with electronic timekeeping systems
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years of related experience
