Job Description

Join Intuit as a Remote CPA/Tax Preparer, where you'll provide expert tax guidance and preparation for businesses, while shaping new product offerings. Leverage your extensive tax knowledge in a supportive, virtual environment to help clients navigate their tax returns effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations
  • Provide expert guidance and tax preparation for customers
  • Use Intuit TurboTax Business products to assist customers
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Work toward advancing the goal of 'Powering Prosperity Around the World'

Required Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney)
  • 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S)
  • Experience preparing and filing business and personal tax returns
  • Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Computer operations and software knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience with 30+ tax returns per year
  • Bookkeeping experience with books to tax preparation
  • Experience preparing business tax returns for service industry customers
