Key Responsibilities
Assist individuals with personal hygiene
Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
Help participants achieve developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
Develop meaningful relationships with individuals served
Encourage community participation and favorite activities
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Preferred Qualifications
Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
