As the Health & Safety Site Manager at Primient, you will lead initiatives to ensure the safety and well-being of employees and the environment. You will develop and implement comprehensive health and safety programs while fostering a strong safety culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of Health & Safety professionals
Oversee employee and contractor training programs
Establish and maintain industrial hygiene monitoring programs
Act as a liaison during emergencies
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments
Develop and enforce safety policies
Provide training programs and communicate safety protocols
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
At least 10 years of experience in a Health & Safety role
Strong knowledge of OSHA and other relevant regulations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing or industrial setting
Corn wet milling experience
