GQR Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Los Angeles, California.

Case Manager - RN – Days
Start Dates: 12/10 or 12/17
Orientation Dates: 12/10 or 12/17
- 13-week contract
- 5 x 8 ’s
- Shift: Days
- Works 40 hours a week
- Works every other weekend.
- Please speak to the candidate about punctuality as this is a city with heavy traffic (MUST be on time; poor attendance or tardiness will be subject to termination)
- Patient ratios (if known):
- Within the Guidelines of CA law
- Float Requirements: Maybe assigned for an off-site location within 10 miles radios from the medical center one week at a time
- Is RTO Accepted? What is the Max:
- Up to 4 days max RTO approved
- On-Call Requirement? NO
- Certs: BLS, LA County Fire Card
- License: Active CA RN License
- If CA License is expired, it will need to be renewed
- If applying for CA License, please call the Senators office to expediate the application.
- Experience:
- Required Work Experience: 2 years of Case Manager experience
- Must have previous recent KP experience
- MUST have Inpatient Case Management experience
- Excellent and clear communication skillset required
- Hospital needs clear and meaningful communicators to improve their outcomes
- GQR proven performer highly preferred (set expectations that they will be busy, hit the ground running busy with very little orientation)
- Previous KP employees who were terminated will not be accepted for submission or placement
- Travel Experience not required
- Will accept local travelers
