  Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum Experience Required: 2 years of Experience
• Travel Requirements: Travel Experience Preferred
• License/Certifications: CA License, BLS or CPR, CPI/MAB
• Covid Vaccine Requirements: Covid Vaccination is required,
• exemptions accepted but will be required to wear masks at all times.
• Must Haves:
• Forensic & Psych experience required
• Need experience with wide range of psych experience

• Preceptorship experience preferred – teaching hospital

   

  Assignment Details:

• Scheduling:
• 36 hours weekly
• 3 x 12’s
• Block shifts offered
• Shift/Hours: Night 1900-0730
• On Call:
• OT Opportunities: yes, based on needs
• Rates: varies
• RTO Accepted: Max - 1 week per assignment – please add to the end of contract
• Holiday Requirements/Specifics:
• Floating Requirements: Float between Crisis & inpatient unit (all within psychiatric health facility on same floor)
• LVNs, mental health workers (floor no charting w/rounds every 15 minutes)
• 2 team nurse and med nurse
• No total care
• Psychiatrist available 24/7 (on site 0700-1300)
• treatment team - multidisciplinary model, social worker, discharge planner
• Extension Opportunities: yes, will be evaluated towards end of contract
