Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and provide enriching customer interactions
Create elevated designs for customers using design tools
Lead design consultations in person or virtually
Deliver projects in a timely manner
Understand brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy
Ensure full understanding of product information and industry trends
Achieve individual sales, KPI, and service goals
Listen to customers and communicate company loyalty services
Support store training and educate on design services
Develop new and lasting relationships with customers
Required Qualifications
Understanding of basic design functions including spatial planning, fabric selection, lighting, interior design styles
Excellent communication skills
Strong affinity for technology (2D and 3D tools, Google suite, video conferencing, iPad)
Ability to stay up to date on current design trends
Proven track record of building long-lasting relationships with customers
Preferred Qualifications
6+ months competitive sales or interior design service experience preferred
Ability to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds; heavier merchandise with team assist
Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings, and weekends for Full-Time roles
Availability to work two or more weekend days and at least one weekday or night for Part-Time roles
