Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician, where you'll make a significant impact on the lives of youth facing behavioral health challenges. Work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide tailored treatment and support to families, ensuring a smooth transition back to community life after high-end services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide treatment to the child and their family/caregivers
Engage child/youth and family as active partners in care development
Assess risk and provide crisis intervention services
Participate in the development and implementation of person-centered care plans
Establish collaborative working relationships with community providers
Monitor discharge and ongoing care planning
Provide on-call after hour crisis intervention services
Required Qualifications
Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LCAT) in a Behavioral Health or related field
Minimum of one year of experience in providing direct services to children with serious emotional disturbance and their families
