Key Responsibilities
Performs all duties to maintain cleanliness and safety in the store
Provides excellent maintenance service
Completes daily and weekly maintenance tasks
Supports cleaning projects across teams
Performs minor repairs and improvements
Participates in ordering maintenance supplies
Assists with cleaning emergencies
Maintains store landscaping and parking lot
Continually cleans all store departments
Reports safety hazards and violations
Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Ability to handle unpleasant tasks with a positive attitude
Demonstrates concern for the overall appearance of the store
Knowledge of WFM culture, quality standards, core values, and products
Demonstrates a passion for cleanliness
