Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and correct queries related to tax
  • Calculate retroactive tax and gross to net calculations
  • Review and balance W-2 files
  • Ensure Tax Data Integrity Assurance for tax filing
  • Provide client support for escalated tax and accounting issues
  • Assist team leaders with complex payroll tax issues
  • Reconcile payroll-related balance sheet accounts (taxes)

Required Qualifications

  • Associates degree or comparable knowledge in payroll-related field
  • Minimum 3 years Payroll Tax experience
  • Strong attention to detail and execution
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Windows, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • ADP experience
