WCS Healthcare is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented X-Ray Technologist to join our clients healthcare team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic imaging, ensuring patient safety, and supporting physicians in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

Job Function:

• Day Shift.
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with established protocols and physician instructions. Prepare and position patients for imaging, ensuring comfort and safety.

• Operate and maintain X-ray equipment and related technology. Follow proper radiation safety standards and infection control protocols.

• Accurately document patient information and imaging results in the medical record system.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to deliver quality patient care.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant imaging environment.

Job Requirements:

• Valid New York State Radiologic Technologist License (ARRT certification preferred).

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.

• Previous experience as an X-Ray Tech in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.

• Strong knowledge of radiographic techniques, anatomy, and safety procedures.
