Job Description
Join Disney Live Entertainment as an Operations Associate Coordinator, where you'll support leaders by managing various administrative duties and projects. This full-time role offers the chance to engage in event coordination, optimize schedules, and collaborate with a diverse team to create magical entertainment experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks and clerical duties
Support operational leadership with project assignments
Event coordination and execution
Schedule complex meetings and prepare agendas
Manage team's purchase orders, vendor contracts, and expense reports
Prepare regular reports and business summaries
Handle confidential information responsibly
Engage with peer groups to support the team
Required Qualifications
Experience managing timelines
Experience with project management
Experience effectively communicating and collaborating (both verbally and in writing)
Experience working in a team environment
Experience in problem-solving and conflict resolution
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to be flexible with work schedule
Ability to work in a physically demanding role
