Job Description

Join Disney Live Entertainment as an Operations Associate Coordinator, where you'll support leaders by managing various administrative duties and projects. This full-time role offers the chance to engage in event coordination, optimize schedules, and collaborate with a diverse team to create magical entertainment experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks and clerical duties
  • Support operational leadership with project assignments
  • Event coordination and execution
  • Schedule complex meetings and prepare agendas
  • Manage team's purchase orders, vendor contracts, and expense reports
  • Prepare regular reports and business summaries
  • Handle confidential information responsibly
  • Engage with peer groups to support the team

Required Qualifications

  • Experience managing timelines
  • Experience with project management
  • Experience effectively communicating and collaborating (both verbally and in writing)
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Experience in problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedule
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role
