Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long-term care
Contribute to the assessment of residents and administer medications or treatments
Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care
Counsel residents and family members on prevention and treatment plans
Work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary care team
Required Qualifications
Graduated from an accredited practical nursing program
Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree in practical nursing
IV therapy/management skills
