Shift: Days | 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM | 40 hrs/week (rotating day off)
On-Call: Every 4th weekend (Saturday 7 AM – Monday 7 AM)
Exeter Hospital is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a 13-week temporary assignment in our Operating Room (OR) . This is a full-time day-shift position with rotating weekday off and on-call responsibilities every fourth weekend. Candidates must be licensed in the state of New Hampshire or willing to obtain a license upon offer acceptance.

Key Responsibilities: Assist surgeons during operative and invasive procedures. Prepare the OR and ensure surgical instruments and equipment are sterile and functional. Maintain a sterile environment and anticipate surgeon needs. Handle surgical specimens and maintain accurate records. Support a collaborative, team-based operating room environment. Mandatory Submission Requirements: Updated resume/work history. Completed skills checklist (within 12 months). Two separate supervisory references from the last 3 years. License verification (NH Med Tech license or proof of application). Home/taxable address (must be listed in profile or resume). COVID-19 initial vaccination (required). Additional Details: Facility will not consider local candidates residing within 50 miles of Exeter Hospital. Compliance documentation must be 100% complete 7 days prior to the start date. 12 hours NBO (non-billable orientation) required. Overtime multiplier: 1.25x.
