Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, develop, and direct all in-service education
Evaluate the quality of resident care and outcomes related to infections
Collect, prepare, and analyze infection data
Monitor associate compliance with infection control standards
Prepare and present education for staff, residents, and families
Act as the on-site IPC for COVID-19 prevention
Develop and oversee the Antibiotic Stewardship Program
Required Qualifications
Nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing or higher)
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Certifications or training per State requirements
Desire and ability to effectively train and educate all nursing associates
