Key Responsibilities
Oversee a team of 3 technicians
Ensure productivity, shop cleanliness, safety, and mechanical excellence
Prioritize workloads and communicate with customers
Order parts and communicate with vendors
Ensure compliance with federal and state repair requirements
Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on fleet vehicles
Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Computer skills: MS Office, GMail, TMT (Maintenance Software)
Own set of tools
Able to pass pre-employment drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
Class A CDL
Diagnostic skills (Cummins, MX, Detroit, Paccar)
