Job Description

Intuit is looking for Tax Experts to assist customers with their taxes during the upcoming tax season. Enjoy the flexibility of working 100% remotely while providing invaluable tax advice and support to clients, enhancing their experience with TurboTax products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in completing their taxes using TurboTax
  • Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
  • Manage product/software inquiries
  • Document customer interactions

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of paid experience filing individual 1040 tax returns
  • Active PTIN
  • Unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney)
  • Strong tax preparation experience
  • Extensive knowledge of tax laws
  • Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with commercial tax preparation software
