As a Client Engagement Specialist at The Jewish Board, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive compassionate and effective care. You'll manage scheduling, answer inquiries, and document interactions, all while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage interactions with clients in-person and over the phone
Document services provided in client charts
Schedule new and follow-up appointments
Communicate with clients regarding appointments and clinic services
Perform data entry and routine office administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
BA in related healthcare field or minimum two years related work experience
Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid work setting
Experience in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills with clients and colleagues
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
