HumanEdge Health is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic in Logansport, Indiana . Join a collaborative rehab team focused on orthopedic and sports medicine therapy, with one-on-one treatment sessions in a well-supported clinical environment.

Facility Overview:

The clinic provides individualized care to patients recovering from injuries, surgery, and chronic orthopedic conditions. Services include sports rehabilitation, pre/post-surgical therapy, and treatment for conditions such as Parkinson's disease and lymphedema.

Position Highlights:

• 10–12 patients per day

• 60-minute evaluations, 45–60-minute treatment sessions

• 1:1 patient care delivery

• Modern outpatient therapy facility

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans

• Collaborate with clinical staff and support personnel

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Educate patients and caregivers to support rehab goals

• Participate in team discussions and clinical development

Qualifications:

• Active Indiana PT license or Compact License

• 2–3 years of outpatient ortho experience preferred (new grads welcome)

• Strong communication and time-management skills

• Experience with electronic documentation systems
