Job Description
Join Abrazo Health Network as a Full-Time RN in the CVICU, where you'll provide compassionate nursing care and support a collaborative healthcare environment. This role involves direct patient care, team coordination, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit
Coordinates care planning with other disciplines
Renders individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside nursing care
Acts as a supervisor in directing other healthcare employees
Systematically evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice
Participates in hourly rounding
Observes safety guidelines and safe work practices
May supervise other members of the healthcare team
Required Qualifications
Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school
License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona
