Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and courteous service to customers
  • Process orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist customers in meeting their needs
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and sales support functions
  • Participate in training as needed
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to establish good relations with customers
  • Functionally literate and capable of understanding part numbers
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced setting
  • ASE Parts Specialist certification
  • Knowledge of the local area and ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle
  • Ability to work retail hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with TAMS point-of-sale system
  • Ability to process various payment methods
  • Visually capable of recognizing letters and numbers
  • Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift
  • Capacity to lift and move parts and boxes up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to bend or stoop and reach upper shelves
  • Skill in using moving aids for heavy equipment
