Speech Language Pathologists evaluate, plan, and provide therapy for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders following professional standards. They manage full caseloads including treatment, patient education, documentation, and discharge planning, while supervising support staff and maintaining compliance with organizational policies. They may also participate in staff training, committee work, and clinical instruction to enhance patient care.
