Job Title: CVOR Surgical Technologist  

Location: Clinton Township, MI  

Start Date: November 17, 2025  

Schedule: 2x8-Hour and 2x12-Hour Shifts Weekly (overnight weekdays)

Hours Per Week: 40  

On-Call: Rotated one week per month (24-hour weekend coverage and overnight weekdays 19:00–05:50)  

About the Role We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join our Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) team in Clinton Township, MI. This role supports pre-operative patient care and assists surgical teams during cardiovascular procedures. Candidates must have at least one year of CVOR experience and be willing to train in advanced techniques. On-call availability is required

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and caring for pre-operative patients in the CVOR
• Support surgical teams during cardiovascular procedures by managing sterile instruments and supplies
• Maintain a sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols
• Collaborate with nursing and anesthesia teams to ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage, including overnight and weekend shifts

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of a formal surgical technologist program
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist
• Minimum of 1 year of CVOR experience
• Willingness to train and adapt to procedural needs
• Availability for rotating on-call schedule
