Key Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse
Document outcomes related to resident care and medication administration
Assist with basic health care needs including bathing, grooming, and obtaining vital signs
Support residents in dining and recreational activities
Required Qualifications
CMA II license required at time of hire
High school graduate or GED preferred
Minimum age of 18 preferred
CNA certification required in North Dakota and Iowa
Successful completion of a state-approved CMA course
Preferred Qualifications
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience
Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing
Valid driver's license and auto insurance (if applicable)
