Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the Banquets division
Oversee wedding and banquet services
Ensure adherence to health codes and service quality
Assist with ordering, inventory control, budgeting, and cost management
Lead staff meetings and develop training materials
Attend weekly Banquet Event Orders and Group Sales meetings
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of general food and beverage experience
1 year of supervisory or management experience
Servsafe certified
ABC certified
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in management or hospitality
Experience with inventory control software
Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel
