Job Description

Join Boeing as a Senior Electrophysics/Electromagnetics Engineer - Scientist, where you'll play a vital role in supporting the Defense, Space & Security business. Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and validates EMC and EMI requirements
  • Performs E3 program planning and oversight
  • Conducts tests to validate performance of designs
  • Manages supplier electromagnetic testing
  • Provides support throughout product lifecycle

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
  • 9+ years of experience with a Bachelor's, 7+ years with a Master's, or 3+ years with a PhD for Level 4
  • 14+ years of experience with a Bachelor's, 12+ years with a Master's, or 9+ years with a PhD for Level 5
  • Experience with EMC, EMI or E3

Preferred Qualifications

  • B.S. Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or Physics
  • Experience with relevant aircraft electromagnetic standards
  • Experience in Aerospace & Defense Industry or military
  • Experience performing computational electromagnetic analysis
  • Experience leading a team of engineers
  • Certification as TEMPEST Professional
