Key Responsibilities
Implement innovative sales strategies for MDU properties
Develop strategic sales presentations for long-term agreements
Exceed quarterly revenue sales quotas across all products
Build consultative relationships with high-level clientele
Negotiate competitive MDU sales agreements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
Up to 1+ year(s) of strategic planning and problem-solving skills
Up to 1+ year(s) of experience navigating long sales cycles
Proven negotiation skills and contract proposal/review experience
Working knowledge of computer networking, LAN/WAN technologies, and fiber-connected networks
Detail-oriented for accurate forecasting and tracking customer interactions
Effective communicator via phone, email, and WebEx
Strong multi-tasking abilities
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivation and efficiency within deadlines
Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Automated reporting and analysis application
Recent experience negotiating long-term R.O.E agreements with MDU
Familiarity with the cable industry
