Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of managers overseeing client experience, logistics, medicine, and nursing
Ensure high-quality care and client experience
Develop and publish the MVS schedule prioritizing areas of greatest need
Monitor compliance with safety protocols and oversee financial health of the MVS program
Solve day-to-day operational challenges
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years managing direct reports
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage direct reports in multiple locations
Excellent time management skills
California Veterinary Technician license a plus
Must have a Commercial Driver’s License or ability to obtain one
Experience in a services field, such as veterinary clinic management
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual (fluent in Spanish preferred)
Experience supervising manager-level employees
Experience creating and developing written Standard Operating Procedures
